Precious Photos was started as a non-related spin-off by Dwight Henry of Service Brokers and Consultants, Inc. SbcUsa and is privately owned.  SbcUsa develops and markets 30 minute learning curve business software.

SbcUsa obtained venture capital seed money the usual way in 1983 starting with family and friends.  Today SbcUsa maintains a small investor list in order to maintain a private corporation status.  That list still includes the original family and friends and now contains several corporate investors.   Two of which we are proud of is The Urban League and Bonner Institutional AME Church Foundation.

The addition of these corporate investors allowed us to finally and relentlessly pursue a world wide market for our products on the internet.

During this process Precious Photos was also marketed world wide and has a very, very strong presence on the internet.  So strong in fact that all keywords requesting photo or picture restoration will yield a first page result pointing to us on the top ten search engines in the world.  These top 10 search engines account for 83% of the hits of the 40 million plus searches per day.

Venture Capital investments are encouraged in Precious Photos.  Private corporation consideration only.  Public offering at exit.  An April, 2002 exit is projected for Precious Photos.  Although everything is in place and Precious Photos is fully operational, running lean and mean,  investment now will yield a ground floor, stockholder / part owner relationship.  Small investment, high return.
